By using Notary Assistant, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• To use our platform, you need to be onboarded by us on our Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Notarization Services

• Notary Assistant is a tool to assist notaries in performing their duties. The platform facilitates the collection of data and generation of documents but does not itself perform the notarization. The legal responsibility for the notarization rests solely with the notary public.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all notarizations performed using the platform comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• While we take every effort to ensure data accuracy, we do not guarantee the legal validity or completeness of the documents you create.

4. Intellectual Property

The Notary Assistant platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and all other content, is the exclusive property of Software Kraft Solutions Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Software Kraft Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, INDIA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
